The office is open 9:00am to 5:00pm GMT, Monday to Friday. If the office is closed when you ring you can leave a message and we will get back to you on the next working day.
Book a tour online
1. From the Homepage, click on the availability button in the top menu. (Whilst usually reliably accurate, please note that this is updated manually, so not infallible). We suggest you phone first to confirm availability.
2. Read our booking conditions carefully. You can find these on the drop-down menu marked 'Travel Info' at the very top right of the screen.
3. Select a tour by either navigating to it by using the menu bar at the top of the screen, or use the 'Find what you want'' search function, on the right-hand side on the screen.
4. Once in the tour, click on the large link saying 'Click here to book', next to the dates and prices. This will take you to a booking form, where you should fill in your details.
5. Submit your details by clicking 'Request booking', and we will get back to you to confirm your booking.
